These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") govern the access to and use of the brv99 online gaming platform, including all betting, casino, slots, crash games and other products available via brv99 (collectively, the "Platform"). brv99 is an internationally operated platform. These Terms apply to all registered users of brv99 regardless of location. Users in Bangladesh access the Platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring such access complies with applicable local laws.

These Terms should be read together with the brv99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use a brv99 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. brv99 is strictly an adult-only platform and enforces a minimum age of 21 for all products including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You have not previously been excluded from brv99 or any affiliated platform under any self-exclusion or operator-exclusion policy.
• You are acting in good faith and all information provided at registration is accurate, complete and not misleading.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using a payment method belonging to another person without their explicit authorisation.

brv99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction, or closure with forfeiture of any pending withdrawals where required by our compliance obligations.

All transactions on brv99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player and are applied by the relevant payment provider, not by brv99. brv99 does not charge platform fees on local mobile wallet transactions.

brv99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the absence of specific offer terms, the following general bonus rules apply.

General bonus conditions applicable to all brv99 promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonus funds must be distinguished from real-money funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, you must wager the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified in the offer) the stated number of times using eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings will be permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets and certain other game types may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are set out in each individual offer's terms.
• brv99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus offer is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, any unrealised bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion to extract bonus value dishonestly will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the brv99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, including accounts held under different identities or by using another person's personal details.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to gain an unfair advantage over other players, to manipulate outcomes, or to circumvent Platform security systems.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including match-fixing or any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit Platform systems.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your brv99 account by any third party, including allowing minors to access your account or play on your behalf.

brv99 employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, brv99 will take immediate action including account suspension, reversal of affected transactions, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

brv99 provides responsible gaming tools to all registered players. These include the ability to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account, request a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which your account will be inaccessible, and apply for permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Self-excluded players may not open new accounts during their exclusion period.

brv99 will not direct marketing communications at any player who has self-excluded or who has indicated they wish to stop gambling. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without brv99's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any brv99 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, brv99, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other commercial or economic loss, even if brv99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, brv99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

brv99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, brv99 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Account Closure provisions above.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which brv99 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through brv99 customer support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. brv99 and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
